GALLERY DIAMOND is offering to its B2C customers for more than 30 years a lifetime Diamond Upgrade Service.

In order to be a qualified customer for GD Diamond upgrade Service, diamonds must have been purchased from GALLERY DIAMOND and to be accomplished by GIA, or HRD, or IGI International diamond Reports. GD Diamond Upgrade Service Terms:

Mounted Diamonds on Settings:

• To provide you with this Site and other products and services.

• The service is eligible only for single diamonds and diamond sizes, equal over 0.30ct each.

• You can make use of your old setting if it fits your new diamond. We will advise you before if this setting is reusable or must be replaced by a new one and after we will set in your new diamond.

• If your original setting cannot be reused, you have the option of keeping the setting or accepting a credit as determined by GALLERY DIAMOND.

• Any diamond not originally set by GALLERY DIAMOND must be returned without the setting.

Loose Diamond:

• All round brilliant cut diamonds, GIA or HRD or IGI graded diamonds purchased from GALLERY DIAMOND are eligible.

• All Fancy Shapes-modified brilliant cut diamonds, GIA or HRD or IGI graded diamonds purchased from GALLERY DIAMOND are eligible in the Upgrade Service if you only buy a fancy shape-modified brilliant cut diamond again.

• Your diamond will be reevaluated in today’s GD price before you enroll the program.

• You will receive credit equal to 80% of the original price toward the purchase of a new diamond.

• The price of the new diamond must be at least twice the price of your original diamond.

• Your diamond must be in its original condition with the original diamond grading report.

• Any damage to the original diamond or to its diamond grading report may disqualify the diamond from our upgrade program.

• There is no service provided by GD to down grade a diamond.

• There is no cash refund service provided by GD for your diamond.

Diamond Reports (GIA, HRD, IGI) :

• In case a Diamond report is damaged you will be charged with additional fees The upgrade service is eligible only if the original international diamond grading report is returned in its initial condition and could be usable.

• If your diamond has a laser inscription on the girdle, then for this diamond to be eligible for the GD upgrade service, the laser inscription must be shown very clear without any damages.

*The GD UPGRADE DIAMOND SERVICE is valid only for diamond purchases in UK or in Greece. For other countries this Service may be eligible on a case-by-case basis. Upgrade purchase must be made in original currency.

Natural Color or Tr. Color diamonds are ineligible for Upgrade Service.
